Al-Fawaz comes from a private equity and finance background having joined the International Leasing and Investment Company in 2005 and since served on board of numerous subsidiary & sister companies in the investment, logistics, real estate and industrial sectors. He has extensive experience in analyzing feasibility studies, business planning and operational control.

Al-Nouri is mainly responsible for financial monitoring, back-office operations and accounting. He also chairs the company's quality control committee. Al-Nouri is a non-managing partner of numerous small businesses in Kuwait, and significantly involved in the strategic direction of Cubical Services. Al-Nouri has in-depth experience in accounting and audit practices, having joined the Finance Department of the Kuwait Oil Tanker Company in 2008 and gained work experience at KPMG Safi Al-Mutawa and Partners prior to that.
Al-Nouri has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the College of Business Administration at Kuwait University.
Sadeq has wide experience in the field of communication and public relation as he participated in various initiatives locally and internationally for the past 7 years. He worked as a Media Relations Executive and Events Management Coordinator in the media office of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum in UAE and Dubai press club team. After that he was a member of the executive office - National Youth Project Al Diwan Al Amiri and held the position of Head of Media and Public Relation Committee. Sadeq also is knowledgeable in product development in the banking sector.
Sadeq has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Public Relation from the Ajman University of Science and Technology, UAE. In addition to other certificates in the fields of marketing and public relation.
Burezq has worked in three sectors, telecom, investment and retail.
He worked as a project manager in Zain where he managed the implementation of the 3G Network, the implementation of Zain Bahrain project and Zain Iraq project. He then worked as the Direct Investment Division Manager of the Securities Group where he built a strong income generating assets portfolio. He then became HR Director and Expansion Manager in ABYAT where he rebuilt the entire company operation to standardized and optimized all internal processes. He played a major role in opening the first ABYAT store in the expansion plan in Dammam, KSA. Burezq is a Business Coach and a partner in Rain Group where he enhances business owners capability of increasing their business profitability.
Burezq has a Bachelor in Computer Engineering from Kuwait University. He has Masters of Project Management from George Washington.
Al-Rayes is mainly responsible for research, development, and analysis of startups and existing businesses. She has wide experience in project management and human resources having worked in Burgan Bank from 2009 and in Yiaco Medical Company in 2014. Al-Rayes is currently the Country Lead for Kuwait at the MIT Enterprise Forum Pan Arab Region where she plays a strategic role in planning and organizing the annual MIT EF Arab Startup Competition involving 21 countries and 4000+ annual applications. She completed Thukhur's Promising Leaders training program at Cornell University and was part of the team that won first place in the final business plan creation project.
Al-Rayes has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from the American University of Kuwait.
AlQattan is mainly responsible for the development of new business channels for the company in both domestic and international markets. He has an extensive background in the finance and investments industry, having joined Global Investment House in August 2005 and worked on both the local and international fronts. His areas of expertise include financial projections, business plan analysis and product development.
AlQattan has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a CFA charter holder and founding member of the Kuwait chapter of the CFA Society.
Al Arbash is an active partner in Cubical Services, assisting in the strategic development of the business based on his expertise. Al Arbash has a solid background in the F&B industry, and culinary service & management, as well as the jewelry and luxury-items sector.
He is the co-founder of a philanthropic volunteer team, that represented Kuwait humanely locally, and regionally.

AlMogahwi also worked as a lawyer, he practices the law in many different fields (commercial, civil, administrative, penal and personal status). He gained experience in establishing different types of companies, in addition to his experience in partnership contracts in both public and private sectors specially (BOT), where he got two certificates as a partner, expert, and judge. AlMogahwi has participated in creating and developing laws and rules for partnership law and customization plus his background of feasibility study and business analyses. He received his Bachelor in Law from Bahrain University.
Ahmad is the owner of some small business projects. He has practical experience in the environment field and information systems because of his work in private sector companies. He has wide experience and has participated a lot locally and internationally in volunteer work.
He received his Bachelor Degree in geographic information systems from Australia. As well as a MBA from the University of Maastricht Dutch.
